Ayurvedic Kickstart Program

The Ayurvedic Kickstart Program is a comprehensive assessment on various aspects of an individuals body type, attitude, cravings, lifestyle, daily diet, exercise routines, relationships and mental health.

Considering the information gathered on the first meeting, we work together over 6 weeks to build on healthy habits and routines that are based on ayurvedic principles that help to regulate bodily systems such as, digestion, women's monthly cycles, sleep cycles and quality, the nervous system, the endocrine system, lymphatic system and for good mental health. 

Continuous support is given over the 6 weeks with weekly check-in calls that suit your schedule.
