What does ved karma mean?

The name 'Ved Karma' is derived from two Sanskrit words:

 'Veda' - knowledge

'Karma' - action

Putting the knowledge from the Vedas (ancient Indian scriptures) into action in our daily lives can help to prevent disease and can help to ease discomfort from many ailments that present themselves throughout our lives.

My aim of Ved Karma is to share these tools and resources from the knowledge of nutrition, ayurveda and yoga, so people can feel empowered to make choices in life that help them to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures. Get in touch to get started!

Laura is a wonderful yoga teacher, and moreover, she's a great person and a beautiful soul ❤️
I attended her yoga classes this summer and it gave me a totally new perspective of yoga: Laura helped me to see how I can connect to my body and through that - how I can calm down and be fully present in the moment. Her inner peace is radiating, and I felt so safe and like being at the right place.
Laura also shared her knowledge about breathing, which I'm using a lot, especially when going to bed. It helps me fall asleep much faster than before.
I wish I could be attending Laura's classes on a regular basis, so if you have a chance, do try it. You'll certainly love it and will leave the class being more peaceful, more grounded and deeper connected to your inner self 🙌
